Instant Crush is a visual system designed to create content you crush!
A brand is a personality, one that should be loved and revered. Our job is to visualise, capture and establish the essence of your company into content that kills.

We are formed from photographers, film makers and creatives with ten years of experience in the industry. Instant Crush was created by Michael Woods in 2018 when his goals changed; operating as a sole trader was not the way to form the images of your dreams.

During this incubation, Instant Crush has focused itself on the fashion, hospitality, tourism, and events sectors, which all intermingle as some of Melbourne’s core pillars.

We have worked with City of Melbourne, Marriott, Rolex, Westfield, Phillip Island, and a plethora of experience around the world filming anything from social media content to television commercials. We are romantics of our industry; we love the work we do and find the technicality of our profession thrilling. By our own values, we find a solution for every problem and ideas for any object.

Our Location

Our production company is based in Cheltenham in our brand new photography studio. We’ve spent the last year creating a four and a half metre tall, curved wall cyclorama. We’re based at 45 Belrose Avenue and are available to book every day of the week.

FAQs

How do you structure your pricing?

We structure all our pricing based on the brief and project. Everything is unique and we know that. It’s incredibly important to us to make sure we stand by our pricing and ensure quality and precision.

What days of the week is your studio available?

Our Photography studio and cyclorama is available every day of the week, Monday to Sunday from 8AM until 6PM. All of our studio rates can be found here.

What Equipment do you use?

Whatever is necessary, as a standard we provide Canon R5 and C70 standard cameras with professional lenses. We also capture in medium format photography with the Fujifilm GFX100 for large billboard display and print requirements. As a rule, we will use whatever piece of equipment is right for the job.

I need to find a stylist, hair and make-up artist, or other contractor to achieve my vision, can you help?

Yes! We can find and source all of these people for you, we have a list of preferred contractors who are incredibly professional, however if you have a specific person in mind we can always help negotiate for you.

What sizes are available? I need it in 4:5, 16:9, 9:16, 1:1 and 1:3.14159

We deliver videos in any resolution you need, as a standard for video production we include 16:9 for web, YouTube or TV as well as 9x16 for Instagram and TikTok. The times are constantly changing with recommendations from social media organisations, so we stand vigilant and ensure our deliveries are always according to best practice for your brief.

How many rounds of revision are provided?

For video as a standard, we include in all our pricing two rounds of revision. Up to two stages after cutting a project and another stage after colour grading and finalising effects. For images, we include two rounds of revision where necessary.
